SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. As The Lost Society is a small business, we appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped once it is ready. All orders are shipped via USPS mail unless otherwise stated. If you need expedited delivery, please send us an email before you place your order so that we can charge and prepare for an expedited delivery service. Once your order has shipped, we will notify you via email with an updated tracking information link.
We are more than happy to ship internationally. All items are shipped via USPS Priority International. Global Priority International usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. If you need expedited delivery, please send us an email before you place your order so that we can charge and prepare for an expedited delivery service. An international shipping service fee will be applied.
All items are FINAL SALE. If items are damaged or broken, you may send it back for repair within 30 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com with "REPAIR" in the subject line to receive a repair form. All repair requests made after the 30 day period will be denied.
Please treat your jewelry with care as all of our pieces are hand-made.
